Loading

The movers loaded the truck today. They have about 2 hours of loading left to go, so we hope to be on the road by mid-day Thursday. We won't fill up the entire trailer, but it is still pretty full. It is good to have most of it on this end behind us. The close in MN seems to be going pretty well also. No show stoppers up to this point. We locked in an interest rate as it had jumped up a bit over the past couple of weeks. If it goes down by .25% or more before we close, we can adjust down one time to 1/8th over the posted rate.
